Our sponsorship program provides financial assistance to cover essential school costs, including fees, uniforms, books, and supplies. We ensure that every sponsor's contribution is directly applied to the student's education, enabling them to continue their studies and work towards a brighter future.
While education is "officially" free in Indonesia, the reality is quite different. Thousands of children are unable to attend or complete school because their families cannot afford the hidden costs—such as uniforms, books, school supplies, and other associated fees. Poverty remains a significant barrier to education in Bali.
Our core program is dedicated to covering yearly school fees, uniforms (including shoes), books, and supplies for every child in our sponsorship network. We focus on helping those in greatest need, without prioritizing specific schools or groups of students. Currently, we have generous sponsors supporting children across multiple schools in the Buleleng Regency.
To ensure accountability and proper use of funds, our staff visits every school annually to personally pay fees and arrange uniforms and supplies. No cash is given directly to the children or their families, allowing us to maximize the impact of sponsor contributions and carefully track how the funds are spent.
