Our organization is fortunate to operate out of two fantastic main buildings: the Aura Sukma Insani (ASI) Learning Centre (LC) and the Aura Sukma Insani Function Centre (FC). These multifunctional spaces serve as the heart of our foundation, hosting a variety of programs and activities that align with our mission of caring for those in need.
One of the key activities conducted in the Learning Centre is the ASI Bilingual Kindergarten, which started in 2005 with just 12 students. This unique bilingual kindergarten not only provides quality education but also helps cover the operational costs of both the Learning Centre and the Function Centre. It plays a crucial role in supporting the foundation’s social and educational outreach.
The ASI Bilingual Kindergarten offers a comprehensive bilingual curriculum and serves as a model for local teachers and university students training to become educators. It also accommodates a limited number of special needs students—an area of increasing importance in Bali where services are scarce. We are actively working to expand this program and welcome the expertise of special education professionals to assist in developing our services and training our staff.
Both the Learning Centre and Function Centre are central hubs for the foundation’s work, welcoming guests, volunteers, and researchers from around the world. The funds generated by the kindergarten directly support the foundation’s broader social work, creating a sustainable model that benefits the entire community.
As one of the top kindergartens in North Bali, the ASI Bilingual Kindergarten is not only a fantastic learning environment but also a vital part of our community outreach and operational sustainability.
